I can't believe this is the one year anniversary of A Food Affair. I look back and I don't even really know why I started it... or what to expect. I just thought, hey, why not? And now, this blog has opened doors for me that I never knew existed. I love what I do. I love to cook and style and create recipes that add a little excitement to your dinner table. I love how a simple cookie cup recipe became a party favorite for so many friends or how an easy chicken lettuce wrap recipe has been repinned over 300 times. I learnt I have a passion for food styling and have met so many fabulous bloggers, chefs, photographers and food writers. And to celebrate, I gave a Food Affair a makeover. A little nip, a little tuck and a whole new fresh look! It has been hard. And fun. And very challenging at times. But I've never been happier. So thank you for making A Food Affair a part of your lives sometimes. I'll be posting a lot of great recipes for the holidays but in the meantime, I wanted to share a great project I worked on with Lurpak team for their Baking Studio event taking place next month. I created 10 short vidoes with simple baking tips. If you're interested in attending, you can sign up here to participate.
